-We're doing a 15 seat pop-up hosted at a friend's home in the Grand Lake area in Oakland on Sunday, Dec. 20th from 6:30 - 8:30pm

Tentative Menu ($35)
1. Tsukemono Trio
Daikon citrus, dashi-chili celery, and wasabi nagaimo
2. Aburi Japanese Caesar salad
Charred romaine and leeks, negi-miso dressing, anchovies
3. Ta-konomiyaki
If takoyaki & okonomiyaki had a baby (seafood pancake)
4. Tori Paitan Ramen
Double soup - 10 hr chicken & katsuo/saba/shiitake/konbu dashi, 5 hr braised & torched pork belly, 3 day cured ramen egg, 2 types of Japanese nori, burnt scallion oil
or
Abura-Soba (Dry ramen)
Our newest dish. Reduced soup base of the Tori paitan ramen with the addition of a special sauce and citrus jalapeno garlic oil creates a whole new experience and amped up flavor.
